Reads the question paper from step 2. Usually 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
You can open the assignment now. Work that is turned in shows as Waiting for mark scheme and is not marked. When you come back, choose I'll provide it or AI writes it, add the scheme and save. All waiting work is then marked automatically.
Nothing to do here. When a student turns in, the AI marks each question using subject judgement at the level of the paper. It never gives high confidence on questions over 2 marks, and every answer worth 6 marks or more is flagged for you to check before you release. Make sure step 4 lists the questions and marks.
